PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) adalah protein yang dihasilkan oleh sel prostat — paras tinggi dalam darah boleh menunjukkan risiko kanser prostat. Kanser prostat adalah antara 5 kanser paling biasa pada lelaki Malaysia. Lelaki berusia 50 tahun ke atas, atau 40 tahun ke atas dengan sejarah keluarga kanser prostat, sangat digalakkan untuk menjalani ujian PSA secara berkala. Keputusan tinggi memerlukan susulan doktor untuk pengesahan lanjut.
